Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts for 7 to 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the event ticket must not have been used, and the event should not have passed. If the event has already occurred, we are unable to offer any refunds.
Event Refund Policy
We would like to inform our valued customers about the refund policy for event bookings, which is subject to the following conditions:
- Events with Specific Dates: Refunds are not allowed once the event start date has passed, as bookings and arrangements are made based on the fixed event dates.
- Event Cancellation and Refund: If a participant wishes to cancel their booking and request a refund, this must be done at least 10 days prior to the event start date. After this period, no refund will be provided.
We strive to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees, and we hope this policy is clear and easily understood by everyone.
Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Tickets for events that have already taken place.
- Purchases for non-refundable events or certain types of special events.
- Event registrations that have been used or partially attended.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Non-refundable event tickets
- Special promotional tickets or discounted event registrations
- Tickets for events with specific no-refund policies (e.g., charity events, exclusive events)
Return Process:
To complete your return, please email us at [email protected] with proof of purchase (invoice or ticket confirmation). After receiving your request, we will review the case and inform you of the decision.
Refunds:
Once we receive your return request and assess your eligibility, we will notify you by email whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before the refund is reflected in your account.

Sale Items:
Refunds can only be issued for regular-priced event tickets. We cannot refund the value of tickets purchased during sales or promotional events.
Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges for tickets. If you cannot attend the event, please refer to our cancellation policy. However, if the event is canceled or rescheduled, we will provide you with a refund or an option to transfer your ticket to the new event date.
Gifts:
If the event ticket was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for your return. Once we receive the returned ticket, a gift certificate will be sent to you by mail.
If the ticket was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of the return.
Shipping Returns:
Our return shipping policy does not apply, as events are digital or physical experiences. If you are unable to attend, please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
